Track Foreman – Taneytown

Cranemasters, a leader in specialized lifting and recovery solutions focusing on service to the railroad industry, is currently recruiting for a Track Foreman/Supervisor to join our Taneytown, MD Division.

This position is responsible for safely leading a crew for service delivery related to track building, maintenance and repair. Successful candidates will have an extensive background in track management and track construction/maintenance. Candidates should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to foster an environment of teamwork.

Candidates must possess a valid drivers’ license, with a good driving record. We seek candidates with a stable work history and the ability to work well in a team environment. Successful team members respond quickly to change and work well under pressure in an environment where everyone pitches in to complete work assignments. Due to the nature of our work, candidates may be required to travel off-site to assist in the field or to accomplish repairs in the field.
