As a 24/7 emergency response organization our team members must be able to quickly to change and work well in an environment where everyone pitches in to complete work assignments. Heavy lifting and manual labor are a part of our daily work activities. Working conditions also include overtime, on-call assignments and exposure to inclement weather.
Job responsibilities include assisting in rerailing operations, maintenance and repair of railroad cars and load adjustment activities. This position also assists in inspecting, disassembly an repair of cranes, rail road cars, locomotives and related components. Drives tractor-trailer to/from job sites, inspects loads and machinery being transported.

This position is responsible for safely leading a crew for service delivery related to track building, maintenance and repair. Successful candidates will have an extensive background in track management and track construction/maintenance. Candidates should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to foster an environment of teamwork.
